NOTES

For children aged 8yrs who require 2 doses of influenza vaccine, both doses should be administered even if the child turns 9yrs old between receipt of dose 1 and dose 2.

*The 2 doses need not have been received during the same season or consecutive seasons.

†Doses should be administered at least 4 weeks apart.
